Sam Ridge

My research focuses on normative issues in moral psychology. I'm currently working on a project that concerns how we ought to respond to receiving (or not receiving) blame, praise, and forgiveness. In my teaching, I try to get students excited about philosophy by showing them how it can help make the world a better place and help them live better lives.
